Shipping & Delivery Times

Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there is a chance your package(s) may not arrive by the estimated date of delivery. Orders are usually processed and shipped out via USPS within 2-4 business days, but they can be extended by high order volumes, weekend tabling events, and holidays.

Domestic (within the U.S.) orders should arrive within 2-5 business days.

International orders (outside of the U.S.) should arrive within 2-4 weeks.

 

Returns & Exchanges

DreamCreamCo is currently not accepting product returns during the COVID-19 pandemic. If a product arrived damaged, can not be used for its intended function, or is incorrect, we may accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The exchange request must be submitted the customer within 7 days of order delivery.

If you are eligible for a product exchange, please request an exchange through the 'Contact Us' page, or via email (hello.dreamcreamco@gmail.com), and provide your original order number + photo evidence of damaged or incorrect item(s).

 

Pre-Orders/Back-Orders

Pre-orders and back-orders listed in the shop state the estimated date of delivery in the product description. By purchasing a pre-order and/or back-order item(s), you are acknowledging and agreeing with the potential shipping delays. Pre-orders/back-orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not been processed and shipped out yet.

If you would like in-hand items to ship first, please place separate orders.

 

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for requesting an address change for placed orders. Once the shipping label has been processed, or the order has shipped, the package cannot be re-routed, and DreamCreamCo is not responsible for mis-delivered items due to an incorrectly provided address. Re-shipping an order will be at the expense of the buyer.

If you need to provide an address change, please submit a request through the 'Contact Us' page, or via email (hello.dreamcreamco@gmail.com), and provide your original order number + updated shipping address.

 

Worldwide Shipping

DreamCreamCo is currently open for worldwide shipping, except to:

  • EU/UK (due to VAT)
  • Russia
  • Ukraine

However, customers outside of the U.S. may be responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
